Finishing is bespoke, with a choice of 18k gold, 18k rose gold, rhodium or black titanium plating.
Production & Shipping
Every Neso bracelet is crafted bespoke to order. Once your design is confirmed, it is forwarded to our experts, who create your piece precisely to your specifications.
Orders are typically dispatched within three weeks of purchase. For engraved pieces, please allow a few additional days.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bracelet has been dispatched.
Sizing
Each Neso bracelet is crafted to your chosen size, ensuring a precise and comfortable fit. As every piece is made bespoke, we kindly ask that sizing is measured carefully before placing your order.
Due to the bespoke nature of our bracelets, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors.

Returns & Exchanges
Each Neso bracelet is made bespoke to order, crafted specifically to your design and specifications. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or custom design selections.
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will review the matter promptly and fairly.
